Double-Degree Program

Advancing international academic excellence through the strategic partnership between Isparta University of Applied Sciences and Tashkent State Agrarian University, with newly approved joint master's programs opening new opportunities for graduate education.

As a result of the collaborative process initiated through the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Erasmus+ KA171 partnership between Tashkent State Agrarian University in the Republic of Uzbekistan and Isparta University of Applied Sciences in the Republic of Türkiye, the International Joint Master's Programs with Thesis established in four different academic departments under our Graduate Education Institute have been approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) of the Republic of Türkiye. Within the scope of this collaboration, the first students will be admitted starting from the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.

IUAS has 7 Faculties, 18 Vocational Schools, 1 School of Foreign Languages, and 1 Graduate School. These units, offering associate, bachelor's, master's, and doctorate programs, are located in the city center and district campuses. While each unit has its own dean or director, the entire administration is managed by the Rectorate. For Academic and Administrative information click on: https://isparta.edu.tr/en/ . It is a state university recognized by the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and is rising in national and international rankings with its expert academic and administrative staff.

The International Joint Master's Programs with Thesis are as follows:

International Joint Master's Program with Thesis in Animal Science
International Joint Master's Program with Thesis in Field Crops
International Joint Master's Program with Thesis in Horticulture

Approved at the meeting of the Higher Education Executive Board held on 25 June 2026, these joint programs aim to strengthen academic ties between Türkiye and Uzbekistan, promote student and academic staff mobility, and enhance the exchange of scientific knowledge through joint research projects. Students graduating from these programs will be eligible to receive dual-degrees from both universities.
