Scholarships
Our university does not provide institutional scholarships to cover students' living or educational expenses. However, students may be eligible to apply for a range of prestigious scholarships offered by the Turkish government and national funding agencies, including the Türkiye bursları Scholarships, TÜBİTAK and YÖK Scholarships.
Orientation Programs
First organized on October 12, 2026, the "International Welcome Week" is traditionally held twice a year at the beginning of each academic semester for all international students. These events, to which all international students are invited, are shaped according to student feedback and requests. Additionally, ULÖT frequently organizes events, trips, seminars, and meetings.
Erasmus English Courses
The students apply for Erasmus KA131 or KA171 and BIP Exchange Programs may contact Erasmus Office via mail for the aplication process. For the English courses click on: English Courses List. The international students for long term education, in the first year learn Turkish at DILMER and can study all the programs at IUAS.
Double-Degree Program
In the year of 2026, IUAS and TADU (Tashkent State Agrarian University) signed an agreement on double-degree program. Starting with MoU agreement the process went on Erasmus KA171 Erasmus Program, in the following period Türkiye and Uzbekistan have strenghtened their collaboration with Double Degree Program.

Application Requirements and Required Documents

Applicant requirements:
a) Applicants must meet the conditions specified by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) regarding the admission of international students.
b) Applicants must either be in their final year of high school or have already graduated.
c) Applicants must have obtained the minimum required score from the examinations or diplomas specified in the appendix of our directive.

International students who will come to Türkiye for educational purposes are granted an entry visa by Turkish Foreign Representations. All international students who will study in Türkiye are required to apply to the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in their country and obtain this visa before arriving in Türkiye.
No. Since the language of instruction at our university is Turkish, English language proficiency is not required.
Students enrolled in Turkish-medium programs who fail to obtain a Turkish Proficiency Certificate within a maximum of two academic years will be dismissed from the university.

Students who do not hold a C1 Turkish Proficiency Certificate at the time of registration will be enrolled in the Turkish Preparatory Program.

The language of instruction at our university is Turkish. However, the Tourism Guidance Program at the Faculty of Tourism includes a compulsory English Preparatory Class, and 30% of the courses are taught in English.
The tuition fees charged to international students are determined in accordance with the Presidential Decree on Student Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees for Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions and are specified in the Associate and Undergraduate International Students Application and Registration Calendar Guide.
Our university does not provide dormitory facilities. Students may stay in dormitories affiliated with the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories (KYK), or in private dormitories and apartments at their own expense.
